Return Process

  Contact our customer support team via email with your order number and the reason for your return to receive a Return Authorization.

  Prepare the Package

  Carefully pack the perfume bottle in its original box and protective sleeve to ensure the glass remains intact during transit.

  Ship to Sorvella

  Affix the provided shipping label to your package and drop it off at any authorized courier location.

  Quality Check & Refund

  Once our warehouse inspects the item for usage, we will process your refund to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.
